What we collect

Google account details. When you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with ÜPay. We use your email address and a Google account identifier to recognise your account. Your name and photo are shown only to you, on your profile.

Your Member Name. You choose it when you first sign in. It is public: it appears in your Referral Link and to the people you refer.

Orders. For each order we keep the voucher you chose, its price, the FOMO username you Send from, the on-chain transaction that paid for it, and the voucher code once it is issued. Voucher codes are stored encrypted.

Credits, referrals and payouts. We keep the Credits on your account, who referred you and whom you referred, your referral earnings, and the Solana address you give us for a payout.

Technical data. Our servers see your IP address, which we use to limit abuse and which appears in short-lived server logs. Your browser stores your sign-in session, and the Referral Link you arrived through, on your device.

How we use it

To sign you in, process your orders, deliver your vouchers, keep your Credits and referral earnings, pay out what you request, prevent fraud and abuse, and answer you when you contact us.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Google user data

ÜPay uses the data Google shares only to sign you in and to identify your ÜPay account. We do not transfer it to others except as needed to run the service, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not let people read it except where you ask us to, for security, or where the law requires. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who processes it for us

Google (sign-in), Supabase (accounts and database), Render (hosting), Bitrefill (issuing vouchers; it receives the product and amount of each order, not your Google details), and Helius (reading the Solana blockchain). Payments are made on the Solana blockchain, which is public.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and order history while your account exists, and records of payments for as long as the law requires. Server logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account by writing to upayfomo@gmail.com. You can remove ÜPay's access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings, under third-party connections. Records of payments already made cannot be removed from the Solana blockchain.

ÜPay is not meant for anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
